3. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Review the claim.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the content uploader of the takedown request.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed under the DMCA, you may send us a written counter-notification containing:
Your full name, address, email address, and phone number.
Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files legal action against you.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
